The “Fastest Growing Category” Sees Continued Growth For Lexington Home Brands

Lexington Home Brands introduced three lifestyle collections from its Tommy Bahama Outdoor Living brand at the recent High Point Market, building its presence in what it calls the “fastest growing category.”

The Ocean Breeze Promenade collection draws inspiration from The most popular Tommy Bahama indoor collection in Lexington is called Ocean Breeze and offers continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. It features relaxed coastal designs with a vertical herringbone weave.

The dining and occasional tables have tops made of light marine blue tempered glass, and the collection is finished in pearl white, highlighting the designs and hues in a variety of new performance fabrics. There are a total of 28 pieces in the Ocean Breeze Promenade, including deep seating, bistro, occasional, small and large-scale dining, and two sectional arrangements.

Named for the famed inlet that fronts Pebble Beach Golf Links in California, the Stillwater Cove collection features casual contemporary designs in wire-brushed sustainably sourced Clean architectural lines with a light taupe finish and ivory cerusing highlight the natural grain of the Indonesian teak. The teak has been given an outdoor-rated finish that is resistant to the elements.

Pitch and depth are provided by deep seating frames, and a wide range of performance fabrics allows for many different customization options. For a total of 24 pieces, the collection consists of small and large-scale dining, bistro, occasional, deep seating, and a sectional.

Checkmate offers a modern take on today’s outdoor living, its name coming from the contemporary geometric pattern in its woven materials. Dark mocha-colored aluminum frames are paired with chestnut-brown synthetic wicker in a large basket weave pattern.

Stella Cream marble tops with ivory and taupe veining and a protective sealer are featured on dining and occasional tables. There are 18 pieces in the assortment, including small and large-scale dining, occasional, and deep seating.

“Outdoor living remains the fastest growing category in the industry,” said Phil Haney, Lexington Home Brands’ president and chief executive officer. “Due to the emphasis on the home, the allure of extending indoor living spaces outside, and the inclusion of heating options that enable outdoor areas to be used all year round in most parts of the country, well-designed outdoor living spaces are more important than ever.

“The three collections being introduced at the fall market by Tommy Bahama, the most recognizable name in the market, offer a wide variety of styling to complement any look.”
